Our development vision for Wheeler Ranch II is to be an instrumental driver in the creation of a master-planned community that will feature single-family homes, parks, and trails.  We have already obtained the necessary permits and approvals from the local authorities.  We are in the process of finishing the engineering and infrastructure work to make the lots shovel-ready for construction.
